Organigram Holdings Inc (TSX-V:OGI) has entered into a letter of engagement with Dundee Securities Ltd to sell 9 860 000 shares on a ''bought deal'' at a price per share of $3.55 per share. The funds will be used towards capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes.
