We believe all medical cannabis patients should have access to quality organic medicine, that’s why we offer the Compassionate Pricing Program so everyone can enjoy the benefits. If you qualify for the program you will be entitled to 25% off all medical cannabis products.
Please be advised of the following changes to apply for the Compassionate Pricing Program, effective January 1st, 2016 the following steps are required:
- You, or your care giver, are required to fill out the Compassionate Care Program form, which can be found on our website at www.organigram.ca or call our Client Services Team for a copy.
- Submit one of the following items:
- A copy of your Notice of Assessment either by mail, by fax or by email at info@organigram.ca.
- An attestation of your total revenue for the year from the Canada Revenue Agency.
- An attestation from your provincial disability support program.
At Organigram we value patient confidentiality, therefore, to protect your personal information, we only require the following information from your Notice of Assessment:
· Your name
· Your address
· The taxation year (2015)
· The date the Notice of Assessment was issued
· The summary of line 150 « Total income »
*** Please note all other information, other than the one listed above, on the Notice of Assessment may be hidden as it is not pertinent to the application. All information obtained will remain confidential and only the Client Services department as well as the Accounting department will have access to it. Organigram Inc. retains the right to verify this information periodically and reassess the situation accordingly.
To reduce fraudulent applications, the Notice of Assessment or an attestation of revenue from the Canada Revenue Agency is required for us to determine the client’s eligibility. We assure you that all information provided will remain confidential.
