I have been working at OrganiGram for just over six months.
What was your background prior to joining the team at OrganiGram?
Prior to joining the team at OrganiGram, I worked in client services for several years in the satellite radio and banking industry.
What does your job entail? Walk us through an average day.
My day typically consists of tracking our clients’ packages, ensuring they have been received in a timely manner. I also assist clients with registering online, finding a clinic in their area, as well as advising them of the different benefits of each strain to help find the best medicine for their condition. Furthermore, I also try to follow up with them to see how they are faring on their journey with this therapy.
What is your favourite or most interesting part of this job?
My favourite part of this job is helping our clients find the best medicine for them. It’s very rewarding to be able to help people improve their quality of life in such a significant way, not to mention the personal connections you make along the way! Most fascinating has been learning about the vast range of conditions that can be treated with medical marijuana.

My favourite strain name is Shediac Bay, since I go boating there in the summer.
